Viktor Lipsch joined Hamelink & Van den Tooren in April 2025. His expertise spans international tax, providing a broad range of advisory services.

He brings extensive experience from his previous role in the international tax department at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam, where he served as a tax advisor and attorney-at-law for 3.5 years. Viktor holds degrees in Tax Law and Notarial Law from Leiden University and is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
