We advise listed and privately held multinational groups on all Dutch tax aspects relating to their Dutch activities. Typically, this would involve operational subsidiaries of foreign groups, holding- and financing companies and (local) headquarters. We advise on day-to-day tax aspects (including transfer pricing and global mobility of employees) as well as transactional matters. Tax compliance (both corporate income tax and value added tax) is an important element in our work for multinational groups.
We advise large and medium sized enterprises on all Dutch tax aspects relating to their Dutch activities. Typically, this would involve operational subsidiaries of foreign groups, holding- and financing companies and (local) headquarters. On the other hand, we also advise Dutch companies with their expansion abroad.
We advise both Dutch and foreign investment funds on the Dutch tax aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and transactional matters. Our work includes advising fund management on their carried interest structure, as well as the VAT aspects relating to the fund structure.
We assist real estate investors and developers with domestic and cross-border real estate acquisition, development and divestment projects. In this respect, we cover all relevant tax aspects, including VAT and real estate transfer tax. Furthermore, we advise our clients on day-to-day real estate matters related to real estate use and ownership.
We support Dutch start-ups with tax assistance on their Dutch activities and assist these Dutch start-ups with expanding abroad. We also advise foreign start- and scale-ups that wish to expand their activities to the Netherlands. In this respect, we handle all relevant Dutch tax matters for these clients, including tax compliance.
As a boutique tax firm, we are close to our clients. As a consequence, we are frequently requested by family offices of high-net worth individuals to take care of all their tax matters. This typically includes the Dutch tax aspects and managing non-Dutch tax aspects. In addition, we also advise private individuals on their cross border activities, such as migration from or to the Netherlands and international employment of executive/advisory board members and global mobility in a broader sence.
