Philip started his career in 2002 and specializes in real estate transfer tax (RETT) and VAT. He co-founded Hoogesteger & Boerman and HB VAT Services in 2007.

Philip advises both international and NL established clients on RETT and VAT. Amongst his clients are real estate investment companies and funds, as well as developers and construction companies. He also advises on VAT aspects of international trading structures as well as holding and finance activities. Furthermore, he acts as day-to-day-advisor to notaries, lawyers, and tax advisors on these taxes.  

Philip graduated in tax law from the Erasmus University and is a regular speaker on conferences and courses.
