Sinem Yüksel

In 2017, Sinem Yüksel started her career in the general tax practice of AKD in Amsterdam. At AKD,  she was part of the Turkish Desk and advised Turkish clients that are, or want to be, active in or via the Netherlands. As of September 2020, Sinem joined Hamelink & Van den Tooren.

Sinem specializes in international tax law, corporate income tax and dividend tax. She advises on, among other things, everyday tax issues facing international companies. She is also closely involved with the structuring, restructuring and reorganisation of international groups.

Sinem completed her master's degree in International and European Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2016. During her studies, Sinem also held board positions at various study associations, worked as an intern at several law firms and as a volunteer for Stichting Belastingwinkel Amsterdam. Besides Dutch and English, Sinem speaks Turkish fluently.
